I don’t have a printer, can I still send a parcel?

Yes, just take your parcel to your nearest Yodel store and show them the barcode, and they will print a label for you

I don’t have a printer, can I still Gift Aid my donation?

Unfortunately we require a printed and signed form to be able to apply gift aid to your donations

What happens to my donations?

All donations will be sold in Royal Trinity Hospice’s boutique shops across Central and South West London.

Not everything fits in the bag, can I use different packaging?

Yes, as long as your parcel weighs under 10kg and is 60x50x50cm or less you can use any packaging

I have 2 bags and need a second postage label?

Just scan the QR code again and download as many labels as you need

What items can I donate?
Whilst we love premium brands, and of course your preloved DAKS, we welcome all donations of good quality men’s and women’s clothing, footwear, accessories, handbags and jewellery.

What condition should my clothes be in?

Your donations do not need to be perfect condition, small faults are fine on quality pieces, but we appreciate you donating clean items in a sellable condition. Don’t worry, you can skip the ironing as the Royal Trinity Hospice team will steam all donations prior to selling!

What happens to donations Royal Trinity Hospice cannot sell?

Royal Trinity Hospice work with TRUST certified recycling merchants to rehome any damaged or unsaleable items
