Father's Day Giveaway

The giveaway will run from 18th - 25th June 2020, entries will only be entered once with the winner being selected at random and informed on Friday 26th June 2020. If the product that is included in the giveaway is no longer available in the correct size, an alternative piece will be selected by DAKS of the same value. All relevant contact information will be included into the DAKS database. To opt out of future email promotions, please unsubscribe once the competition has closed.

Valid if the entry is completed correctly in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The competition is not open to DAKS employees and members of their immediate families or anyone directly connected with the promotion.

The winner will be notified within 24hrs of the competition ending. In order to receive their prize, the winners are required to provide DAKS with their full name and UK address. Should a winner not acknowledge receipt of their win, and provide their full name and UK address, within 24 hours of receiving notice from DAKS that they have won a prize, we reserve the right to redraw or not fulfil the prize. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for entries which are not received or delivered. In the event the Promoter believes that an entry contravenes these Terms and Conditions, it reserves all rights to delete the entry at its absolute and sole discretion. The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be substituted with a cash alternative. The prize draw decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
