SUSTAINABLE BUSINESS TRAVEL POLICY
At DAKS Simpson Limited (company number 02508094) of 9 Dallington Street London EC1V 0LN (“DAKS”), we recognise that business travel is a significant contributor to greenhouse gas emissions and climate change. Through our annual Planet Mark measurement report we understand that our business travel emissions accounts for 76% of our measured emissions in 2025.
As part of our ongoing commitment to sustainability, we are committed to reducing the environmental impact of our business travel activities and promoting sustainable travel practices. We seek to accomplish this by implementing a sustainable business travel policy that aims to reduce our business travel where possible.
To achieve this, we will implement the following initiatives:

measuring and reporting business travel emissions with Planet Mark as part of our annual carbon footprint and target progress reporting.

implementing, maintaining, monitoring and communicating this policy across the company and making it available to all interested parties.
The success of this policy, and of our wider sustainability journey, cannot be achieved without a collective effort from our entire organisation. Each individual in our business plays a vital role in our future sustainability commitment and are integral to the success of ongoing emission reductions. The management team at DAKS will hold themselves accountable for the implementation of this policy by conducting regular reviews to meet compliance and measure progress.
